David’s been an executive chef, general manager, vice-president of operations and owner. His trademark is the inventive twist on classic cuisine, a contemporary service ethos, and joyous, modern, busy restaurants.

David and his team work with select partners to develop new restaurant and bar concepts. Working with forward-leaning hotel groups and real estate developers, the DMR team will review opportunities that meet the following criteria:
